1. Hand-Painted Products: UBAB MAD offers unique pieces, primarily hand-painted. Due to the artisanal nature of our creations, slight variations may exist between received products and the images displayed on our site. These variations are inherent to handmade production and do not constitute a defect.

2. Return and Cancellation Policy: All products from UBAB MAD are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, no cancellation, modification, or withdrawal is possible. UBAB MAD reserves the right to refuse any cancellation or modification request, even if the product has not yet been shipped.

3. Product Care: To ensure the quality and durability of your UBAB MAD products, hand washing is recommended. If machine washing is necessary, the temperature should not exceed 30°C. Any deterioration caused by improper washing or other inappropriate care will be the customer's responsibility.

4. Shipping: Shipments are made within a maximum of 15 days from order confirmation. This period may be extended during peak demand or due to product availability. UBAB MAD is not liable for delivery delays due to external factors, unforeseen events, or factors beyond our control, including strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

5. Damage During Transport: In the event of damage observed upon receipt of the product, we will not issue a refund. However, we commit to sending a replacement product provided the claim is received within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product. UBAB MAD reserves the right to request photographic evidence of any damage to process the claim.

6. Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content on the UBAB MAD site are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these elements constitutes a violation of UBAB MAD’s intellectual property rights and will be pursued legally. UBAB MAD reserves the right to take appropriate legal measures to protect its intellectual property rights.

7. Liability: UBAB MAD disclaims any responsibility for direct or indirect damages, incidental or consequential, resulting from the use of its products. UBAB MAD’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected products. We will not be liable for damages not directly caused by our products or services, including but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruptions, data loss, or any other indirect damages. UBAB MAD also disclaims any responsibility for user behavior or actions that use products or services in an incorrect or unauthorized manner.

8. Force Majeure: UBAB MAD shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance due to force majeure circumstances, such as wars, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, major cyberattacks, legislative changes affecting UBAB MAD’s operations, or any other unforeseen or uncontrollable events. In the case of force majeure, UBAB MAD reserves the right to suspend its obligations and provide necessary proof of these exceptional circumstances. No compensation or reimbursement will be provided due to delays caused by force majeure.

9. Site Modifications: UBAB MAD reserves the right to modify the content of its website, including product descriptions, prices, and sales conditions, at any time without notice. These modifications are immediately applicable to orders placed after their update. UBAB MAD will not be responsible for errors or omissions in the information displayed on the site.

We strive to respond as promptly as possible but do not guarantee an immediate response. UBAB MAD will not be responsible for delays in customer service responses or inaccurate information provided by it.

11. External Content: UBAB MAD is not responsible for the content of external sites to which links may be provided on our site. Users access these external sites at their own risk, and UBAB MAD disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or availability of these sites.
